Texas PUC Received 300% More Complaints Versus Regulated Period
According to information from RechargeTexas.com deregulation has not reduced the number of complaints filed with the Texas Public Utility Commission. The number of compliants filed are three times the number received prior to deregulation. Not surprising the most complaints are about billing. Full article link.
