Hunt back in the power struggle for Oncor

A massive deal pushed by Dallas billionaire Ray Hunt to buy Dallas-based Oncor out of bankruptcy is back in play, according to a letter from the Public Utility Commission to the president of one of Hunt’s subsidiaries.
