Power producers ask FERC to make MISO comply with capacity market rule

A group of power producers on Monday asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to order the Midcontinent Independent System Operator to abide by its own rule requiring all capacity resources counted in the planning reserve margin requirement to be “fully deliverable,” before the next Planning Resource Auction.
