… III. DESCRIPTION OF BMP WIND, ITS FACILITIES, AND ITS ACTIVITIES
BMP Wind is a Delaware limited liability company that will own and operate an
approximately 345 MW wind-powered generating facility which will be located in Baird, Texas
in the ERCOT region (the “Facility”). The Facility will interconnect to facilities owned by Lone
Star Transmission, LLC (“Lone Star”) via an approximately seven-mile long, 345 kV generator
interconnection line. The Facility is currently projected to commence operations in August 2021
BMP Wind is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Mesquite Sky Holding LLC
(“Holding”). Holding has Class A membership interests which are passive and non-controlling
interests that are held by Apex Clean Energy Holdings, LLC and Class B membership interests
which are held by Clearway Renew LLC (“Renew”). Renew is a direct, wholly-owned
subsidiary of Clearway Energy Group LLC.4
BMP Wind will sell electric energy produced by the Facility exclusively at wholesale.
