Map: Where Texas lost power generation during winter storms

More electricity generation dropped from the power grid in Harris County than in any other Texas county during the February freeze.

Generation outages in Harris County totaled 139.26 gigawatt hours from Feb. 14 through Feb. 19, according to preliminary data published by the Electricity Reliability Council of Texas.
