Dallas-based Oncor may soon be owned by a Florida-based company.
Energy Future Holdings (EFH), which operates the electricity and power transmission company, is expected to file the documents today with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware announcing a sale to NextEra Energy Inc (NYSE: NEE).
