CME Thinks NatGas Could Go Lower Before Winter

This is an excerpt from the CME website. Note the bold word (I added these) about the supply side of the market. This was evident in the EIA storage report on the same day. Their use of the bearish term is for sellers not buyers.

…The fact that all around Nat Gas is bearish and the market has been able to hold up pretty well has been a clear signal that at least for the time being the risk/reward of going short this market is biased to the risk side. There seems to be enough market players that are more inclined to buy any dips as the winter heating season slowly approaches. That said I still think the market could have one more thrust to the downside when all realize that this market is still oversupplied and will likely remain oversupplied for the foreseeable future. …
